2026년 9월 21일 고침

Chapter 1 — General Provisions

Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of these Terms and Conditions is to set forth the conditions and procedures for using the services operated by Keuhan Co., Ltd. (the "Company"), including the LuniFit application and related services (the "Service"), as well as other necessary matters.

Article 2 (Effect and Amendment of the Terms)

1.
These Terms take effect by being posted within the Service or otherwise notified to users.
2.
The Company may amend these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable laws, including the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions, where there is a change in circumstances or a significant business reason.
3.
When the Company amends these Terms, it will announce the amended Terms, together with the effective date and the reason for the amendment, through a notice within the Service at least seven (7) days before the effective date. Amendments that are unfavorable or significant to users will be announced at least thirty (30) days in advance.
4.
If the Company gives notice under paragraph 3 stating that a user who does not refuse the amendment by the effective date will be deemed to have accepted it, and the user does not expressly refuse by that date, the user is deemed to have agreed to the amended Terms. A user who does not agree may stop using the Service and terminate the use agreement.

Article 3 (Rules Outside the Terms)
For matters not specified in these Terms, the relevant provisions of applicable laws and regulations shall apply, including the Framework Act on Telecommunications, the Telecommunications Business Act, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions, the Framework Act on Electronic Documents and Transactions, the Digital Signature Act, and the Framework Act on Consumers.

Article 4 (Definitions)
The terms used in these Terms are defined as follows:

1.
Member: an individual who has entered basic member information and has been granted an ID by entering into a service use agreement with the Company.
2.
ID: the email address or unique identifier that a member provides through a supported third-party login (Google, Apple, or Kakao) and that the Company approves for member identification and use of the Service.
3.
Paid Service: a paid feature or subscription offered within the Service and purchased through in-app purchase.
4.
Termination: the cancellation of the use agreement by the Company or the member.

Chapter 2 — Use Agreement

Article 5 (Application for Use)

1.
A user may apply for use by agreeing to these Terms and the Privacy Policy during the sign-up process and pressing the "OK" (consent) button on the Company's application form.
2.
Applicants must provide true and accurate information. Sign-up is completed by authenticating through a supported third-party account (Google, Apple, or Kakao).
3.
A user who provides false or inaccurate information cannot receive legal protection and may be restricted from using the Service.
4.
If member information changes while using the Service, the member must update it without delay. The member is responsible for any consequences arising from failure to update such information.

Article 6 (Acceptance of Application)

1.
The Company accepts applications for use submitted under Article 5, except in the cases described in paragraphs 2 and 3.
2.
The Company may withhold acceptance until the relevant cause is resolved in any of the following cases:
1.
where there is insufficient capacity in service-related facilities;
2.
where there is a technical problem;
3.
where the Company otherwise deems it necessary due to its circumstances.
3.
The Company may decline an application in any of the following cases:
1.
where the application is made using another person's identity;
2.
where the application contains false user information;
3.
where the application is made for a purpose that harms public welfare or social order;
4.
where the application otherwise fails to meet the requirements set by the Company.

Chapter 3 — Obligations of the Parties

Article 7 (Obligations of the Company)

1.
The Company shall operate the Service in a stable and continuous manner.
2.
Where an opinion or complaint raised by a user is deemed legitimate, the Company shall address it promptly. If immediate processing is difficult, the Company shall notify the user of the reason and the expected processing schedule by notice or email.
3.
Notwithstanding paragraph 1, exceptions apply where there is a request from a relevant authority for investigative purposes, where a warrant is presented, or where otherwise required by applicable laws and regulations.

Article 8 (Obligations of Users)

1.
Users must understand and comply with these Terms, the Company's notices, and the usage guides within the Service, and must not engage in any act that interferes with the Company's operations.
2.
Users may not engage in any commercial activity using the Service without the Company's prior approval.
3.
Users may not modify, publish, broadcast, or otherwise use information obtained through the Service without the Company's prior consent.

Chapter 4 — Provision and Use of the Service

Article 9 (Use of the Service)

1.
Users shall use the Service in compliance with these Terms.
2.
Matters concerning the use of the Service that are not specified in these Terms shall be determined by the Company and posted in a notice or otherwise communicated.

Article 10 (Provision of Information)

1.
The Company may provide members with information it considers necessary for using the Service by email or other means.

Article 11 (Advertising)

1.
The Company may post advertisements on the Service screens, website, email, and similar channels in connection with operating the Service.
2.
The Company is not liable for any loss or damage arising from a member's participation in, or communications or transactions with, advertisers' promotional activities posted on the Service.

Article 12 (Restrictions on Use)
The Company may restrict a user's use of the Service where such use falls under any of the following:

1.
harming public order, good morals, or other social order;
2.
being objectively deemed to be for a criminal purpose or related to a criminal act;
3.
damaging another person's reputation or significantly impairing others' use of the Service;
4.
continuously transmitting content or advertising information against the recipient's will;
5.
impairing the sound operation of the Service, such as through hacking or distribution of computer viruses;
6.
infringing, or risking a claim of infringement of, the intellectual property rights of another user or third party;
7.
stealing another person's ID and password;
8.
violating other applicable laws and regulations, or where the Company otherwise deems the user inappropriate.

Article 13 (Suspension of Service)
The Company may suspend all or part of the Service in any of the following cases:

1.
where a key telecommunications or internet network provider suspends its service;
2.
where the Service cannot be provided due to a power failure;
3.
where it is unavoidable due to relocation, repair, or construction of facilities;
4.
where normal service is difficult due to a failure of service facilities or congestion of use;
5.
where there is a national emergency, a service facility failure, a service-use surge, a natural disaster, or a similar event.

Article 14 (Management of Posts)
To foster a healthy communication culture and operate the Service efficiently, the Company may delete, move, or refuse registration of data posted or provided by users where such data is deemed to fall under Article 12. Where a post is deleted, ownership of the post may be transferred to the Company with the user's consent through the confirmation function in the app.

Article 15 (Responsibility for Use of the Service)
Except as specifically permitted in an explicit document signed by an authorized employee of the Company, users may not engage in business activities to sell unlawful products using the Service — in particular hacking, profit-seeking advertising, commercial activity through obscene sites, or the provision of unlawful commercial software. The Company is not responsible for the results of, or losses from, such business activities conducted in violation of this Article, or for legal measures taken by relevant authorities.

Article 16 (Payments and Subscriptions — In-App Purchases)

1.
The Service may offer Paid Services. Paid Services are purchased and billed exclusively through the in-app purchase systems of the Apple App Store and Google Play (the "Stores"). The Company does not provide a separate web-based or direct payment method.
2.
Payment, billing, and the means of payment are processed by the applicable Store under its own terms and policies. The Company does not collect or store users' card or financial account information, and may receive only limited transaction information such as an order or receipt identifier and subscription status.
3.
The specific contents, price, and conditions of each Paid Service are those displayed in the app or the Store at the time of purchase. A purchase is made subject to those details, these Terms, and the applicable Store's terms.
4.
(Subscriptions and auto-renewal) Where a Paid Service is provided as a subscription, the subscription period, billing cycle, and price are as displayed at the time of purchase. Unless you cancel before the end of the current period in the manner required by the applicable Store (generally at least 24 hours before the period ends), the subscription renews automatically for the same period at the then-current price, and the Store charges your payment method. You may manage or turn off auto-renewal at any time in your Store account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and amounts already paid are non-refundable except as required by the applicable Store's policy or by applicable law.
5.
(Refunds and Withdrawal) Refunds and withdrawal of purchases are handled in accordance with the applicable Store's policy and applicable laws, including the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce. Because payments are processed by the Stores, related requests may need to be made through the relevant Store.
6.
(Changes to Paid Services) The Company may change the price or other material conditions of a Paid Service. For subscriptions, the Company will give advance notice through the app, the Store, or other reasonable means before the change takes effect, and the change applies from the next renewal after the notice. If you do not agree to the change, you may cancel before it takes effect; continued use or renewal after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
7.
The Company may add, modify, or discontinue Paid Services for operational or legal reasons, and will provide reasonable prior notice where this materially affects users.

Account and billing help — September 9, 2026

This explanatory note accompanies Article 16. It does not replace the purchase terms, change the effective date of these Terms, or restrict existing statutory rights. Any amendment to contractual rights or obligations remains subject to Article 2.

•
Data reset: Starting fresh retains your account, existing subscription, remaining subscription period and auto-renewal setting. It does not restart a free trial or issue a refund.
•
Account deletion: Deleting a LuniFIT account ends access through that account but does not automatically cancel the Store subscription or request a refund. Manage auto-renewal in the Store where you purchased it to avoid further charges. You may request immediate account deletion even if a subscription period remains; cancellation or expiry is not a prerequisite.
•
Remaining subscription period: If you prefer to use the remaining paid period, cancel auto-renewal and keep your account until you are ready to delete it. This is not an automatic scheduled-deletion service.
•
Refunds: Reset, deletion, non-use and cancellation do not automatically trigger a refund or a calculation based on days used or remaining days. Refund eligibility and amounts follow applicable law, Store policies and your purchase terms. Mandatory withdrawal and refund rights remain available.
•
Purchase assistance: Submit Apple refund requests through Apple and consult Google Play refund guidance for Google purchases. Contact [info@keuhan.com](mailto:info@keuhan.com) for duplicate charges, missing access, service problems or restoration assistance, including after account deletion. Refund approval and receipt of funds are separate steps.
•
Restoration: A new account does not automatically restore deleted records, transfer an earlier subscription or grant a new trial. Contact support if purchase restoration fails before buying again.

See LuniFIT Support for subscription-management links and detailed help. Data deletion and legally required retention remain governed by the Privacy Policy.

Chapter 5 — Miscellaneous

Article 17 (Disclaimer and Compensation for Damages)

1.
Where the Service cannot be provided due to a natural disaster or equivalent force majeure, the Company is exempted from its obligation to provide the Service.
2.
The Company is not responsible for any consequences arising from transactions between users, or between users and third parties.
3.
The Company does not warrant the accuracy or reliability of information, materials, or content posted by users, and users use the Service at their own responsibility.
4.
Users are responsible for any disadvantage relating to the loss of data they post or transmit, their selection of data, or their use of free services.
5.
Users are responsible for managing their IDs and passwords, and for any damage caused by their own negligence or by a third party's fraudulent use.
6.
If a user causes damage to the Company by violating these Terms, the user shall compensate the Company for such damage and hold the Company harmless.
7.
(No medical advice) The Service provides general health and lifestyle information together with AI-generated estimates and recommendations, for informational and self-management purposes only. The Service is not a medical device and does not provide medical, diagnostic, or treatment advice. Users should consult a qualified healthcare professional before making any decision regarding diet, exercise, fasting, medication, or a health condition, and should not disregard professional medical advice because of the Service.
8.
(AI-generated content) Information generated by AI features, such as calorie or nutrition estimates and recommendations, may be inaccurate or incomplete, and the Company does not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or suitability for a particular purpose. Users are responsible for evaluating such information before relying on it, and, to the extent permitted by applicable law, the Company is not liable for any consequences arising from reliance on the Service's information or AI-generated content.

Article 18 (Dispute Resolution)

1.
The Company and users shall make every reasonable effort to resolve amicably any dispute arising from use of the Service.
2.
Notwithstanding paragraph 1, if a lawsuit is filed in connection with a dispute, it shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company's headquarters.
