You can delete your LuniFit account and all associated data at any time.
Delete from within the app
1.
Open the LuniFit app and sign in
2.
Go to Sidebar (menu) → My Settings
3.
Tap Delete Account
4.
Follow the prompts to confirm
Your account and all related data are permanently deleted immediately upon confirmation.
If you can't access the app
Email us from your registered email address:

•
Processed within a few business days of confirmation.
Data that is deleted
All of the following is permanently and fully deleted:
•
Account info (email, nickname, profile)
•
Health & fitness records (meals, workouts, fasting, weight, water, menstrual cycle)
•
Chat (AI conversation) history
•
Push notification tokens & settings
•
Subscription & payment information
Retention
•
All data is deleted immediately and not retained.
•
Exception: transaction/payment records required by law (e.g., e-commerce law) are kept only for the legally mandated period, then automatically destroyed.
