Terms of Service

2026년 10월 8일 고침

Effective date: 2026-10-08

At a glance

•
RutiLand is free for anyone aged 14 or older. You sign in with Apple, Google or a one-time email code, with no password.
•
You own the routines, records and messages you create. We use them only as needed to run the Service, according to the visibility you choose.
•
Please be kind to each other. Harassment, spam and impersonation are not allowed, and you can block and report at any time.
•
Garden items, sprouts, levels and your dragon have no cash value, but they never wither or disappear just because you've been away.
•
You can delete your account in Settings at any time, and we'll tell you in advance before these Terms change.

1. Purpose

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) set out the rights, obligations and responsibilities between Keuhan Co., Ltd. (“Keuhan”, “we” or “us”) and you in connection with your use of RutiLand, and other matters needed for that use.

2. Definitions

In these Terms:

•
“Service” means RutiLand and all related services we provide on the web (https://rutiland.com, on mobile web and desktop) and in the iOS and Android apps.
•
“User” or “you” means a person who agrees to these Terms, creates an account and uses the Service.
•
“Account” means the unit through which you sign in and use the Service with Apple, Google or email verification.
•
“Garden” or “land” means your own space, which grows as you complete routines, tasks and focus sessions.
•
“Friends” are users connected to each other by accepting a friend request. A “square” is a space where users' gardens connect in a 2x2 grid, and “neighbors” are users connected through the same square.
•
“Content” means anything you enter or create in the Service, such as routines, check-ins, tasks, focus session records, guestbook entries, gift messages and land snapshot images.
•
“Virtual items” means digital elements used only within the Service, such as garden items, sprouts, levels and your dragon.

3. The Service

(1) RutiLand is a productivity app in which completing routines, tasks and focus sessions grows your own cozy garden. We provide features including:

•
creating routines with schedules and reminders, and daily check-ins
•
managing tasks, lists and subtasks
•
recording focus sessions
•
growing and decorating your garden
•
social features such as friends, neighbors and squares, plus guestbooks, gifts and cheers
•
garden share pages and land snapshots
•
reminders and activity notifications

(2) We aim to provide the Service 24 hours a day, every day of the year. However, all or part of the Service may change or be temporarily interrupted as described in Section 11.

4. Eligibility and accounts

(1) You must be 14 or older to use the Service. If we find that a user is under 14, we will terminate the agreement and delete the related information.

(2) Your agreement with us is formed when you review and accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy and finish signing in with Apple, Google or a 6-digit one-time code sent to your email. RutiLand does not use passwords.

(3) You must use your own information and may not sign up with someone else's email, Apple account or Google account.

(4) Your account is for you alone. You may not transfer, lend or sell it to anyone else.

(5) You are responsible for keeping the email, Apple and Google accounts you use to sign in secure, and you must not share sign-in codes with anyone. If you suspect someone else has accessed your account, tell us right away at support@rutiland.com.

(6) If your @handle infringes someone else's rights or could cause people to mistake you for us or for someone else, we may ask you to change it or change it ourselves.

5. Your content and visibility

(1) You own the content you create.

(2) You grant us a free, non-exclusive permission to store, copy, back up and sync your content, and to display it or include it in notifications according to the visibility you set, only as needed to provide the Service. This permission is limited to providing the Service, and we will not use your content in advertising or promotion without your separate consent.

(3) The permission in (2) ends when you delete the content or your account. Content remaining in backups is deleted within the period stated in the Privacy Policy.

(4) You can set and change the visibility of your garden and routines at any time in Settings:

•
Garden: Public (anyone, including via share links), Friends (your friends and neighbors), Private (only neighbors you are connected with)
•
Routines: Public (anyone), Friends (your friends and neighbors), Private (only you)
•
Public share pages show only your name, @handle, land and level.

(5) Guestbook entries, gift messages and cheers are delivered to other people. Please respect the people who receive them, and do not send anything that infringes someone else's rights. You are responsible for the content you write.

(6) We have no obligation to review content in advance. However, if content violates the law or these Terms, we may act on it under Section 7.

(7) If you send us feedback or suggestions about the Service, we may use them freely to improve the Service, with no obligation to compensate you.

6. Community rules and prohibited conduct

(1) RutiLand is a cozy place where people cheer on each other's small steps. You must not:

•
harass, threaten or sexually harass other users, use hate speech, or otherwise harm or distress them;
•
send spam, unwanted advertising or promotion, or repeated friend requests or messages;
•
impersonate another person, us or our staff, or use someone else's information without permission;
•
post or send illegal content, obscene material, or content that infringes others' rights such as copyright, portrait rights or privacy;
•
collect data from the Service by automated means (such as scraping or crawling) or send abnormally large volumes of requests;
•
reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Service or try to extract its source code, except as permitted by law;
•
exploit security vulnerabilities, gain unauthorized access to our systems, or otherwise interfere with the operation of the Service;
•
abuse invites or gifts, for example by creating multiple accounts or using automation;
•
circumvent a block, for example by contacting someone who has blocked you through a new account or by other means;
•
buy, sell or trade accounts or virtual items; or
•
otherwise break the law.

(2) If you find a security vulnerability in the Service, please tell us at support@rutiland.com before exploiting or disclosing it.

7. Blocks, reports and moderation

(1) You can block another user at any time. People you block cannot see your garden or routines, whatever your visibility settings, and their ability to interact with you in the Service is restricted.

(2) If you find a user or content that violates these Terms, you can report it using the in-app report feature or by emailing support@rutiland.com. We review reports and do not reveal who made a report to the person reported.

(3) Depending on how serious a violation of the law or these Terms is and whether it is repeated, we may:

•
hide or remove content;
•
restrict certain features, such as guestbooks, gifts or invites;
•
suspend use of the Service for a period of time; or
•
terminate the agreement.

(4) When we take action under (3), we will tell you the reason and duration. Where urgent action is needed, we may tell you afterwards.

(5) If you disagree with an action, you can appeal to support@rutiland.com. We will review your appeal and let you know the outcome.

(6) Requests to remove content that infringes someone's rights are handled under the procedures set out in the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection and other applicable laws.

8. Notifications

(1) We may send you routine reminders and notifications about friends' and neighbors' activity, such as friend requests, guestbook entries, gifts and cheers.

(2) Push notifications are optional. You can turn them off at any time in your device or browser settings or in the Service's settings, and you can set quiet hours during which you won't receive them. The main features of the Service keep working with push notifications turned off.

(3) Regardless of your notification settings, we may send important notices about changes to these Terms, security or your account through in-app notices, our website or email.

(4) We will not send you advertising messages without your separate consent.

(5) Notifications may arrive late or not at all because of network conditions, operating system policies or device settings. Please don't rely on RutiLand alone for things you must not miss, such as taking medication.

9. Virtual items

(1) Virtual items such as garden items, sprouts, levels and your dragon are there to make the Service enjoyable. We give you the right to use them within the Service.

(2) Virtual items have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money or anything else, or refunded. Refunds for anything purchased are covered by Section 10.

(3) Except through the gift feature provided in the Service, virtual items cannot be sold, transferred or lent to anyone else.

(4) To keep the Service balanced, we may adjust how virtual items are earned, their amounts and their effects. We may take back virtual items obtained by improper means.

(5) Nothing withers in RutiLand. Your garden and virtual items will not disappear or be deleted because you haven't visited in a while. If you delete your account, your data is handled under the Privacy Policy, and if we ever shut down the Service, we will tell you in advance as described in Section 11.

10. Paid features

(1) RutiLand is currently free.

(2) In the future, we may offer paid features such as RutiLand Plus through the App Store, Google Play or the web. If we do, we will tell you the price, what is included, and the payment and cancellation terms in advance, and you will be charged only if you choose to buy.

(3) If you pay through an app store such as the App Store or Google Play, that store's terms and payment and refund policies also apply. Withdrawals and refunds are governed by the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce and other applicable laws.

(4) If we start charging for a feature that is currently free, we will tell you in advance following the procedure in Section 14.

11. Changes to and interruptions of the Service

(1) To improve the Service, we may add, change or end parts of it for operational or technical reasons. We will tell you in advance about changes that significantly affect you.

(2) We may temporarily interrupt the Service for maintenance, equipment replacement or failure, network outages, natural disasters and similar reasons. We will announce planned maintenance in advance, and if advance notice is not possible, we will tell you afterwards.

(3) If we shut down the Service entirely, we will tell you at least 30 days before the shutdown date and give you the opportunity to export your data.

(4) We do not provide separate compensation for changes to or interruptions of the free Service, unless caused by our intent or gross negligence.

12. Ending the agreement

(1) You can end the agreement at any time by deleting your account in Settings, effective immediately. When you delete your account, your data is handled under the Privacy Policy and cannot be recovered, so please export your data in Settings first if you need it.

(2) Uninstalling the app does not end the agreement.

(3) We may end the agreement if you:

•
engage in conduct prohibited by Section 6 that seriously harms other users or the Service;
•
keep violating these Terms after we have taken action under Section 7;
•
break the law; or
•
are found to be under 14.

(4) If we end the agreement, we will tell you the reason in advance where possible and give you a chance to explain. Where urgent or required by law, we may tell you afterwards.

13. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

(1) RutiLand is a productivity tool for shaping your days. It does not provide medical, health, counseling or other professional advice. Routines are personal tools that you set and manage yourself. Always consult a professional about decisions related to your health.

(2) We work hard to keep the Service reliable, but we do not guarantee that it will work without errors on every device and in every environment, or that it will suit any particular purpose of yours.

(3) To the extent permitted by the laws of the Republic of Korea, we are not liable for damages you suffer in connection with the Service unless they are caused by our intent or gross negligence. Where applicable law provides otherwise, the law applies.

(4) We are not liable for damages caused by:

•
force majeure, such as natural disasters, war or power outages;
•
problems using the Service that are attributable to you;
•
issues with your device, network or operating system settings;
•
outages of third-party services such as Apple, Google, app stores or telecom carriers; or
•
disputes between users, or the results of relying on another user's content.

(5) We have no obligation to intervene in disputes between users, but we will make reasonable efforts to help, for example by handling reports.

(6) If you cause us damage by violating these Terms or the law, you must compensate us for it.

14. Changes to these Terms

(1) We may change these Terms to the extent permitted by the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions and other applicable laws.

(2) When we change these Terms, we will post the effective date, the changes and the reasons in the app and on our website at least 7 days before they take effect. For changes that are unfavorable to you or otherwise significant, we will post them at least 30 days in advance and also notify you individually, for example by in-app notification or email.

(3) If, when giving notice under (2), we clearly tell you that not objecting by the effective date will be treated as acceptance, and you keep using the Service without objecting by that date, you will be treated as having accepted the changed Terms.

(4) If you do not agree to the changed Terms, you can delete your account at any time.

(5) Matters not covered by these Terms are governed by applicable laws and general commercial practice.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

(1) These Terms and your use of the Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.

(2) If a dispute arises in connection with the Service, you and we will first try in good faith to resolve it through discussion.

(3) If a dispute cannot be resolved that way and a lawsuit is filed, the Seoul Central District Court will be the court of first instance in accordance with the Civil Procedure Act of Korea. This does not limit any right you have under applicable law to bring a claim before another competent court.
